Policies & Procedures

Studio Guidelines and Rules: 

These will be posted within the studio as well

All of the provincial restrictions are in place and must be followed by all stakeholders, which includes but is not limited to the Photographer(s), Photo Assistant(s) and their clients, the general public, participants within workshops and employees of Passion 4 Purpose Wellness Inc. 

  • No more than 12 people shall be in the studio at one time unless otherwise arranged with the staff of Passion 4 Purpose Wellness Inc.  

  • Masks are to be worn at all times unless it is a client(s) being actively photographed. 

  • Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided

  • All stakeholders are asked to be respectful of the space and others within the building, keeping in mind the other tenants

  • Passion 4 Purpose Wellness Inc. is not responsible for illness or injury within the studio. 

    • If you find something that is unsafe, it is your responsibility to report it to the staff at Passion 4 Purpose Wellness Inc. We have a duty to ensure our space is safe and count on our clients to help us. 

  • We report all unsafe findings to the building manager and will make our clients aware of any known issues prior to them arriving. 

Photographer(s) Specific 

  • If a photographer or client becomes ill or injured and cannot make the booking. Please see the return policy.

  • Are to have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to images or equipment.

  • Are to have client contracts in place that remove liability from both the Photographer(s), their assistant(s) and Passion 4 Purpose Wellness Inc. and their staff, in areas of but not limited to: model release, acts of God, illness or injury, and refunds. 

  • Refunds for the photographer(s) will be honoured at 100% unless it is cancelled in less than 24 hours before the booking. 

Client(s) Specific

  • Model Release: The Clients grant the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs, and assign, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction, and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images. 

 

Dog Specific

We are dog-friendly! Yay! Because we do operate out of a building with other professional services, these are a few of the rules which apply to all tenants within the building. 

  • If a client's dog is going to be in a session, the stairwell is to be used as often as possible, rather than the elevator. 

  • Dog's are not allowed to go to the bathroom within the building, otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to whoever booked the service. 

  • Should the dog bark to the point of complaint from others in the building the client will be asked to leave until the dog has settled.
